I ordered it online. i got the run around by TMobile and was told so many conflicting things, I got so fed up with the way everything was going that I'm taking my service back to Verizon and using my enV which I never had any issues with. I now can't hear anybody on the phone, so I can't use it, which is a big deal, because it's also my home phone. And when I text it will randomly shut all the way off and when I try to open up a text message, the phone will freeze completely. I talked to 7 different reps trying to figure out if there was anyway that I could get a new phone and they said not until 14 days are up (also was told 15, 20 and 30.) Or I can do an exchange after i have had this POS 30 days and wait a month to get a new one. In the meantime not having a phone at all. Since I got it online, no direct stores will let me have a loaner.
