Hmm. Surprised I thought we hired anyone.. ponderous.

No felonies, Right?
No convictions of theft or breach of trust (bondable)
High School Diploma (AA preferred but not required)
Relevant work experience for position applied for. .
General PC skills ability to multitask
Working knowledge of the industry a plus
Ability to pass a drug screen. . (At least once)
Be personable and be able to speak corporate BS in an interview.
Actually be within reasonable driving distance of a Sprint Site with reliable means to commute.
Good communication skills (Speak and write Japanesse a definite plus)
Alcohol tolerance a huge plus.

Try emailing my friend Dan (daniel.r.hesse@sprint.com).. he's a real nice down to earth kind of guy, a little busy so he may not reply immediatley and he's more of an operarations man as opposed to the recruiting aspect of the business but rest assured he is very interested in fresh faces an new talent.
