Verizon Wireless Sued Over V710 Bluetooth Limitations

crap
first off, i am tied to Verizon so i can't switch.
the appeal of the BT features (to me) is the wireless transfer of schedules/phonebooks from my desktop to the phone. i also like all the features the Sony/Ericson BT phones can do with Mac OS X. if your phone is in range the computer will work as Caller ID displaying the info from your computer's phonebook. the computer can also make or answer calls. the phone can be used as a remote for almost any application (powerpoint, iTunes, DVDs etc). there are endless possibilities with applescripting, including having the screensaver go on when you leave BT range, you can have your music playing pause when you wander. not important features but neither are most of the things built into any phone now anyway. i would rather have wireless schedule syncing than a tip calculator and some crappy games.
