You'll never find anything close to "advised customer that a software upgrade will soon be available for his V710" listed in the notes on an account... ever... notes on accnts aren't that specific unless they deal with the math behind a credit or transaction... like "issued 10% discount for 7 mo as foll: 39.99 * 10% = $4 * 7 = $28" other than that it might say "assisted cust with phone" or something along those lines...
