Two points
a) Verizon did nothing illegal
b) Verizon did "mislead" people who they knew weren't going to fully check out the details.
I really like this post... simple and to the point. I agree that it's a poor business strategy, I personally would have voted the idea down if I were a board member, or whatever, but hey... c'est la vie.
