Well don't read too deep into my words. I do work for a carrier and I train people on how to troubleshoot network issues and such. I know a bit about the networks and how they work. I am not an engineer, but I can tell you that device like iPhones are expanding at incredible rates (see apples 100 billion cash stock pile) and AT&T is attempting some pretty big business approaches. I forgot to mention too...most people do not realize that AT&Ts customer base is more business than consumer. They do supply coverage for state vehicles, UPS, Fed ex, ankle bracelets, picture frames, home security systems, Ford vehicles, Boeing communications (which is a massive undertaking), etc...put all that into perspective and you can understand that they are using a lot of spectrum...a lot! So, no...at this time they are not low, but if you throw in whatever next big wireless tech innovation they are heading towards (here comes the business part), they probably will not have the capacity to support continuous wireless data at the current growth rate their shareholders are loving.
