I'm confused if the network sucks where you live then how the hell are you going through 4.5-5 GB a month, the only way you're going through that much is if you're tethering or streaming video or audio all day, if you can tether and or stream audio or video all day and use it to go through 4.5 to 5 GB then the network in your area clearly does not suck, if it did there's no way you could go through that much data cause it would be to slow to be usable, i.e. Boost and Virgin have unlimited data on smartphones, but it's unlimited cause the networks are painfully slow, they know they can offer unlimited cause it sounds awesome but it's slow so you can barely stream things and hence forth not use very much data, Virgin will even throttle after 2.5 GB, Boost doesn't though so why don't you switch to Boost since they don't throttle and tell everyone how amazing their network is with your unlimited unthrotled data...
