"When I signed this contract, there was nothing wrong with 4-5GB, now there is."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When you signed your contract most users were not using as much data as they are *today*, but with data usage increasing 2000% in metro NYC and SF areas and some users watching the entire Netflix catalog while on mobile networks...something had to give.
The real question is....where does your access to unlimited *FAST* data begin and where does it end? The answer is that it begins with the first day of your usage cycle and it ends when it starts interfering with *ANYONE* elses access to the same network. I can maintain using under 200 Mb per month using WIFI, so why can't others?
