U.S. Cellular Payment System Upgrade Runs Into Trouble

My girlfriend and I went in Friday afternoon to switch from Verizon. We live in Maine. We were in the store for 4 hours all together Friday. We had to go back Saturday because the phones and ports didn't go through. We were there another 2 1/2 hours Saturday with no resolution. We didn't bother going ack Sunday. Finally Monday evening my phone started to make calls but not receive. This a forenoon my phone was FINALLY fully activated as well as my girlfriends. 4 1/2 DAYS LATER!!!! Not so much as a sorry or anything from customer Service or the store reps. While we were there they had a waiting list of customers they needed to help of 5 Hours. I'd say that qualifies as an outage. U.S Cellular needs to be upfront with us and say " we didn't plan this well and there were bugs" not tat there were " longer than normal wait times "
