Teen's are by far not the only offenders!

Something needs to be done. I'm sick of coming up behind a vehicle in traffic, weaving, brake lights constantly flashing, going below the speed limit, and 90% of the time you pass them and they have a phone glued to their face.

Though what I saw this weekend takes the cake, on one of the Chicago area 5 lane expressways, granted it was around midnight so traffic was pretty light. Come up on this red Cadillac in far left lane going below speed limit, brake lights constantly flashing, get up beside him, and I truly couldn't believe what I saw. This jackwagon, a middle aged male, had a damn Ipad mounted on his steering wheel and was watching a damn movie, earbuds in and everything! I didn't want to believe my eyes. This kind of behavior...

But th...
Dirty dirty! It's funny because I didn't think of that until I read your post. Based on the way that other issue is handled, I now expect public schools to hand out free phones with free unlimited messaging plans because they are just going to do i...
