I had a woman come in to replace her phone. Woman: My phone doesn't work. Can you help me? I go to reach for the phone to do the necessary troubleshooting. Me: Did something happen to it? Water, dropped, anything? Woman: *points to her child* She peed on it. No joke. I swear on my life. 8O

Not always, sometimes "my phone cut off" means "As I was on the phone having a conversation, the call dropped mid-sentence." If they would just SAY what it was, it would be so much easier.

Yeah, I love Verizon, don't get me wrong. But 10 dollars a month for 1500 more minutes than I get now is too good a deal to pass up!

I get 2000 minutes, unlim text and pic msging, and unlim internet for 10 bucks a month. :)

Apparently (according to their coverage statistics or whatever) they have the best coverage in Phoenix. And I never go out of town, unless it's vacation which happens once a year. So if they work great in Phoenix, then I'm set!

I made a post about this awhile ago. It's one of my biggest pet peeves. Me: Is your phone powered on right now? Cust: Huh?... Me: Is your phone POWERED on or POWERED off? Cust: What?... ohhhh you mean is it CUT on? Yeah yeah it's cut on. *explode*

I'm going to be working for T-mobile soon, and they give some sweet deals for their employees. I want to get a PDA phone for a couple reasons 1) So I can learn how they work in order to be able to sell them better 2) Because I would be able to access internet (which is suh-weet) and 3) Because I can look all cool (okay, that's a not a factor, but hey.) What is the best overall PDA? Performance, ...
