Does your phone show a blank white screen when you try to load a page from Webviewer. If so retype the web address in again. If that does not help try to go to advance settings and set it in Port 8080 instead of 80. If all that fails check the Internet settings such as the IP gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to see if the settings is different from wap as to GPRS
