Do any carriers offer a U.S./Canada data plan?

We have several buses that we hire out for tours. We provide internet service via data card on these buses as a service to the groups. Several of the acts are now booking their tours throughout the U.S. and Canada and we have gotten hit pretty hard by data roaming charges in Canada. Do any companies offer a "North American" plan for data? Thanks

Is there a way to block a call that is coming in from an unknown number? It appears that my number has been grabbed by some spanish auto-dialer. Thanks

I noticed that I can get Pandora on my Storm. I have the email and web for Blackberry, can I use Pandora under this plan or am I going to get hit with a huge data charge on my bill for streaming music? Thanks

My wife has a Nokia 3560 tdma phone and she is getting ready to order a new phone to migrate to GSM. I have a question regarding the transfer of her phonebook from her current phone to whatever new one she selects. Will she need to select another Nokia phone or will any phone with IR capabilities work? Thanks

End of Contract/# Porting Question

My current contract with Sprint PCS will be ending in the last week of April and I will not be renewing. If I go ahead and port my number to a new provider during this last month, will I be hit with the $150.00 cancellation fee? Thanks for your assistance.
