Re: syncing with service pack 2
You are not alone. I have never been able to sync with Outlook 2003 before or after SP2. I get the same outcome: the program just goes away without so much as a dialog box. When I called support a couple of months ago, I was told version 3 would fix this. Certainly version 3.11 has not solved the problem. It seems a waste of time to call support again.
