You are right. I brought the phone in with the intention of exchanging it (for which they at first wanted a $35 restocking fee :roll: ). They recognized that it was broken, but it turned out to be an easy fix:

New Alias 2 does not fold all the way.
I just unwrapped my phone and I'm disappointed to find that when I fold the phone, it folds all the way in half but then springs back to about 1/4 inch open when at rest. Instead of folding with a reassuring click or snap to be completely together, there is this gap:

It's a little thing, but it's really annoying me. Anyone else get a phone like this? Do most of them close properly? If so, I might send mine ...
