Rogers will NOT be getting the Storm. Only Bell and Telus.

If you can get it unlocked, you should be able to use it on any GSM network. Good luck tho, i'm sure Blackberry has made it quite difficult.

Ok the new Storm is going to be available through bell Mobility and Telus in Canada. It is considered a world phone with GSM capabilities and it supposedly comes with a SIM card. Pretty much any phone with a SIM card will work on the Rogers Network IF you buy a ROGERS SIM card.
