I have alltel phone numbers from southern minnesota and now live in Fargo, ND a divested market. I need to get local numbers in Fargo, nd and have a store that I can get service at locally. I need to get my phone contract cancelled because of this. Has anyone heard anything about getting out of the contract because customers can not get help in a divested market. I would have to drive 3 hours ...
