I've had both and the thing I like the most about the blackjack II is the wheel in the center of the phone instead of on the side. It doesn't seem like it would make much of a difference but it definately does. Another thing I like is that the blackjack II is soooo much more responsive (still slow in taking pictures though).

Personally, I hated the blackjack 1. The only reason I am currently awaiting the arrivial of my blackjack 2 is because my blackjack 1 crapped out so many times that at&t gave me a free upgrade. Hypothetically speaking though if you wanted to upgrade for free like I did, all you have to do is get your blackjack replaced 2 times because it "freezes too much" and once you get your second one, call 1-800-801-1101 and complain about similar ...

whoa easy hot shot, all i'm saying is that people are not going to accept another touch screen phone unless all of the companies $ gets dumped into advertising thus creating more "fanboys" as you so eliquently put it. personally i don't even have the iphone, i'm perfactly happy with my blackjack.

in my opinion, there's pretty much nothing any one can do to compete with the iphone. no other company is willing to dump that much money into advertising, and if they are, they probably don't have the means necessary. all of these companies are trying to produce touch-screen phones and they don't realize that it's just another futile attempt at de-throning apple. if a company wants to compete, they need to think of something new because copying apple just ...

I don't know if this is right or not, so don't quote me, but maybe if you go to settings, connections, USB, then change it to mass storage, it'll work. But It's just a hunch, I've never tried it.

high capacity micro sd problems?
I just bought a 6gb micro sd card off of ebay and right after I paid for it I heard that samsung phones are not compatible with high capacity micro sd cards. Of course, I already paid for it and it is on its way, but if I could get confirmation on this so I can still return it in the package, that would be great. Please tell me if you have a 6gb or higher in your blackjack ...

I think that the only reason that I can't transfer music directly from WMP is because every time I try to "copy to device" and say that I want to transfer to a device, it brings me to this page:

I think that I am supposed to add the balckjack as a device to my WMP in order for it to work because I had already tried to drag the files into the "My Documents" folder. Has anyone done it ...
putting music on the blackjack
This is probably going to sound stupid but can anyone help me with putting songs on my blackjack? I cant seem to get songs from Windows Media Player to my phone, it's really frusturating! I have been trying to figure this out for quite some time now and I would really appreciate some help.

this might sound stupid but does this phone have voice recognization? It's one of my favorite features on new phones and I can't seem to find it on this one.
Not connecting proporly
I installed activesync 4.5 on my computer and whenever I connect my blackjack to it, it says it's not connected. Why is it saying that its not connected when it is. I know that the usb ports on my laptop are in working order and I know that I was firmly pluged into both the port on the side of the phone and the usb port, so what the hell. I've had the phone for a couple weeks now ...
speed dial
I just got the blackjack and I was wondering if anyone knows how to set up the speed-dial or if the phone even has speed dial, I just kind of assumed that it did.
