NEC 535M

😢 hello!! i have a problem with my phone when i turn on the phone a text appears on the main LCD " UNABLE TO DISPLAY" and the phone shuts itself off. What can i do? thanks !!

🤭 The phone has been offer through SUNCOM wireless (east coast of U.S.) for some time now.
the slightest bump you'll hear an audible alert and the screen reading can't read SIM card Hit pwr button and wait 10 minutes for it to reset, or kick the BATTERY. so i traded it for a new one same model and got the same thing 😡 Ringtones? you ask. every format excect Mp3. the real voice are in AMR. format good luck finding them. the best way buttime consuming is the datd cable and a format convertor (NOKIA Multimedia Converter).
Earpiece is low you can hear everything except the person you are talking to.
Poly Spkr but no spkr phone????
NO ONE makes hands free to fit it.
Games? where? NEC offers four I think...

i just got an NEC 535M.
i couldn't figure out how to customize the two softkeys right below the screen.
any hints?
also, how can i upgrade it to N820?
another two questions, what audio file types does it support? and where can i get a transfer cable at the lowest price?

Will this phone still be available to us AT&T subscribers? Or did it disappear in thin air since they merged to Cingular. I notice the top message of Suncom. I didn't know at&t merged with them also. So are you part of the cingular family too??? Rox

😁 right now SunCom has this phone. It's 149.99 (*after credit) online right now. (Also ATT won't get this phone as for cingular I don't know. ) Have fun! 😁

Anybody know as to whether or not you could buy this phone un-locked?
I'd sure like to buy this phone and use it with one of our primitive Canadian service providers. (US providers are primitive compared to the Asians and Europeans; Canada service providers are S*** compared to US.) 👿

Could it really be a "successor" if the 515 and 525 are quad-band, and the 535 is not? Maybe I'm being a bit pernickety...

If NEC doesn't make the slickest damn phones around, I don't know who does. I'm hoping they addressed some of the problems with the 515 and 525...namely the reception and earpiece volume.

will this phone be releashed in time to get at&t badging or will it have that nice orange on it? i wouldnt mind getting this phone but i am a cingular customer and was just wondering.
