Cal-Comp A100

Does anyone have a link to a valid USB driver for this phone, Cal-Comp A100?

I needed to have the phone replaced under warranty but Cricket keeps sending me to PCD which is the wrong manufacturer. I need to talk to Cal-Comp but cannot find their correct contact phone number here in the US. Thanks.
