Small, poorly lit screen. Earpiece volume could be louder (hard to hear the caller when driving). Easy to hit other keys on the phone when using the center directional keys. Polyphonic ringtones. No speaker phone.<br /><br />Though it is nice to have a basic, cheap option to get you started quickly on your plan, the phone lacks quality and can affect your overall experience with the service. If you use it as your primary cell phone, I would suggest spending a few more $ for a better one. The battery life is roughly 2.5 days with inter-mitten talking and is durable as any other candy-bar style phone. I would go with a different phone now that I know what its like. theres not a bunch you can do with this phone its really just a bad quality. theres no internet theres no pictures theres no downloading at all and texting is not easy.
