Like previous SPV models, the C500 is made by Taiwanese manufacturer HTC. The C500 is a full one-third smaller than the SPV E200, and weighs in at only 100 grams. Features of the tri-band GSM phone include a large TFT display, Bluetooth, camera, Java (MIDP 2.0), speakerphone, 64 MB of built-in memory, and a miniSD memory card slot.
