Hey, it's not the worst phone in the world.

Dec 21, 2015 by tiesan01

Carrier: Verizon

The worst phone I'm the world is still the samsung intensity. Which I hated... With intensity.

Alright, so this phone looks like if somebody were to make a composite sketch of "phone" from memory. It is the total average of all flip phones made between 2002 and 2008. This phone is remarkably unremarkable. It looks like a stock photo, or a movie prop set in the mid 2000's.

The keypad is completely normal. The outside is an inoffensive blue color (I got mine from Verizon prepaid). The graphics are "meh". The texting is " meh". The battery life is "meh." The sound quality? Actually pretty good!!

Texting on this phone is totally easy and intuitive. The menues are laid out in an simple to utilize manner. Basically, this phone is normal and unremarkable in all areas.... Which means that it is actually a surprisingly good phone! Most of my phones will have a glaring fault in some dimension of use, but this one seems to have "basic boring flip phone" down pat. Unlike Motorola's or Samsung's, the software/UI doesn't crash whenever you open the flip to fast. Unlike my LG, I can teach curse words to the T9.

Plus, this sucker is still kicking it in 2015! Can't say the same for my BlackBerry... All in all, I say "great basic phone". It gets the job done, even if it doesn't stand out while doing it.

WOULD NOT BUY, 2 REPLACEMENTS

I got the original phone, LOVING all of the features, but when I went to activate it wouldn't made me a little ticked as I did a NE2 for it, second phone received and I COULD not receive calls, or get txts, or even do anything, but it was activated. Stay away from the 7075

Solid Little Phone

This phone is a very solid feature filled entry level phone. I got one for my daughter on a NE2 purchase. She burns between 2000 and 3000 minutes per month (mostly IN). I am taking into account how little I pay for it.

The camera is neither a pro or con, you get what you pay for. If you want to take pictures with this phone then simply view them on the phone's display. Expecting more would be silly.

Pros:
- Very good sound quality both on send and receive. Better than a Moto e815 we have in the family
- Does s better job on with signal level than my high priced Samsung
- It looks OK
- Lots of features for such a entry level device
- Speaker phone works OK
- Battery life is normal, charge every couple of days

Cons:
- I know I said this thing is an entry level but it I can't understand why Verizon does not offer VZ Nav on this thing.

If you are looking for a good low priced entry level phone this one fits the bill.
