Great phone, fun to use!

Oct 7, 2010 by Resendetra

I just bought this phone yesterday after having Verizon service for awhile and deciding to switch over to Metro PCS.

PROS
---
- Sleek exterior.
- Nice camera/camcorder.
- The screen is big enough so you can see everything that's going on, plus it's bright.
- The keypad is easy to see and use.
- Threaded text messaging is nice.
- Music on this phone is nice and crisp, so you can listen to MP3s nice and clear (if you have a memory card in it)
- Ringtones have a nice soothing sound to them, but loud enough to wake someone up, even mp3 ringers. I download my ringtones from myxer.com, that way I can get them for free

CONS
---
- The phone was a little confusing at first and I couldn't figure out how to turn off the keylock for good (which it was automatically turned on when I bought the phone), but that seems to be taken care of now.

---

I didn't want to add this to cons because this isn't the phones fault, but service isn't that great (not in my area, at least), but I didn't care, since I know I'm moving soon to a better service area.

---

If you're looking for a phone that can browse the web, text in fashion, and looks good all around. Get this phone! You won't regret the $70 price tag.

great phone specially for the price. has many features like video camera, mp3 player, sd card slot. phone is quick and cool design. not a qwerty keyboard, but its ok if you use the text prediction option on messaging. great for everybody, specially for the user whos looking for a phone with a regular keyboard and easy to use

pros: price, features, size.

cons: none. like it.

Great Phone

The ZTE Agent, for me, has been a terrific phone overall. In general it is a nice small and simple phone, for people with regular jobs or teens. DO NOT DROP YOUR BLACKBERRY FOR THE PHONE! The only complain that one could have is that the keyboard can feel small at times. On the positive side, the phone display is extremely bright and colorful. When you take pictures, you can zoom in and out easily and there are different modes like night vision and sepia, which are all available in camcorder mode as well. When you look back at the pictures on the large screen, the quality is amazing! When taking a video, you see that there is a lag, but that is only when recording. When the video is played back, it looks perfectly normal. When in camcorder mode, you can just click the right of left button to switch from camcorder to camera. On the front on the phone, there is a music button, if and only if you have a micro SDcard inserted can you click that button and it takes you right to your music menu. This phone also separates the music into Playlists, Artists, Albums, Genres, and All Songs. When playing music you can either view it as a visualizer or the album cover. You can rewind and fast-forward songs as well. The Speaker quality is great so the music is not distorted at all. The phone also supports a 3.5mm phone jack, which simply means you can stick regular headphone into it. When texting you are able to view all your messages, sent and received messages, in chat view. Sent messages are blue and received are orange against a black background. I will admit that outside it is hard to read. Threaded messaging is a good quality if you have people who text back hours later when you have completely forgotten what you have asked. The Phone also has Bluetooth. This is a great phone and I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s well worth that $85.
