this phone at first is amazing 2 weeks into ownership. its the nightmare of the lg 260, my wife wanted the 260 she got it locks up shuts off freezes in the middle of texting and, now we move on 2 weeks ago she got a upgrade i picked her out the bb flip she hated that phone. she wanted another crappy lg phone witch is the lg tritan needless to say it's locking up freezes up. has'nt shut off yet but im sure that will be next. now i take the phone into uscc and what did my ears hear the service tech said theres a issue and needs a update. ive heard that many times before with the 260 and now with the tritan

Great Phone - Easy to learn - has all you need in features! You will not be disappointed.

Device is good but is it worth the extra costs?

I’ve had the phone for about a week now. Overall the phone is good. It works great for texting and calls sound good. The camera seems to work well but I’ve never been a big camera phone person so I’m not the best judge. The phone itself seems very sturdy and I think it will take some abuse but I would recommend getting a screen protector for the front.

Now for what I see as some of the down sides. The touch screen works but it is not the most fluid I’ve used. I’m on US Cellular and they consider this a premium device so it requires an extra $20 data month plan. While the plan gives you unlimited data it seems to high. As an internet device it is lacking. The browser works only so-so and many pages don’t work or just look bad. The email client you get is very mediocre. I’m thinking now that for only $5 more the WM or BB device may be the route to go.

If you are looking for a good texting device with the nice screen and don’t mind the extra costs then this may be your phone. As for me I’m thinking about trading it in but I’m not sure yet.
