I love it
I just bought my phone about 10 days ago and I think without question it is the best phone I've ever had.
I've read some reviews about people having trouble getting the battery cover off. Well I'll let you in on a secret. Don't try to get it off the way it says on the back. The trick is to just place it between the palms of your hands and slide it. Not that hard to get off that way.

It can be a pain to download ring tones from anyplace but Sprint.
This Phone Isn't What it crack up to be.
Despite the hype here on this phone . I have to say it's not what I expected.
I tried it out to see and it moves slowly from application to app. I find it has way to many things that I won't use on the phone. If all you can about is feature's features features . Then it might be the phone for you .
Pro's lots of Features but do the work solid I didn't think so from my experience.
Con's
Touch doesn't work as great as iphone.
Screen wasn't so clear and crisp as expected
text with touch seem to have lots of delay
outside the phone screen couldn't see it that well.
I will wait for the iphone to come out July 11th I think Apple know's more about building a solid phone.
