Great phone, great price - cant go wrong

Jun 27, 2003 by aaronrkelly

There is not much to dislike about this phone. Good signal, good battery life and one of the simples phones to use (Nokias strong point).

Very customizable with changeable faceplates and easy to download ringers and graphics.

The pricing is wonderful on this phone, its like $19.95 from US Cellular with a new contract. Nokia hasnt change there power connector for ages so if you have had a Nokia in the past all your charges still work. Great phone, great price - I recommend.

I am with Sprint. I really was slow in buying this phone. My reaserch said it was the one. It was. It receives signals in areas that my 4900 did not. The sound quality is the best. It is not a fancy color phone but for those of us what simply want a phone to make calls on. This is the one

Good Phone Still has bugs though

This is a great phone, easy to use cool white light. Great sounding ringers...

However Nokia still has some bugs they need to work out... Like if you press 1 and the talk key, it makes the sound stop working, so you
have to turn it of then back on for it to work right. Also, some times they just die, and you can't get any information out of them. It's a great phone otherwise.

I have been carrying this phone for a few weeks, the battery life is excellent and a huge pro is that is will switch to analog easily when you go off network...Battery life is shot in analog but what can one expect...The phone is OK but feels very cheep and I don't feel that it will hold up to the test of time as nokia has been known to do...Customers seem happy today, but six months down the road, I for see all the 3360 problems resurfacing in this late new trendy cheap model...spend a few extra bucks and go with something more durable as our and most carriers will be requiring 24 month contracts before you get a discount again...Lights up nicely and good sound for now, I don't hold much hope for the future like that brutality that my 8265 held up to....

Sprint Nokia...Finally comes through

Mar 13, 2003 by Nick Heintz

Although this Nokia doesnt use Sprints new 3G system it still is a great phone for the low end user or teenager. Its about time Nokia and Sprint got there differences together. Remember the fiasco a couple years back when Sprint sent all the Nokia's back and discontinued them casue nokia wouldnt use a chip by qualcomm. This phone is a stepping stone to future product from Nokia. They will sell big and Sprint will see they need to carry more Nokia phones!
