*Nice Picture quality for a phone (after learning how to adjust the brightness)

CONS:
-Front screen doesn't stay lit all the time
-1.3 megapixel..it'd be nice to have 2+, but I can't complain since it was free
I have had my phone for about a week so hopefully all the PROs remain status quo for the next year.
TERRIBLE
Igot the u540 a few months back, and i was pleased with it entil the screen broke. I thought that it was just a fluke, so i took it to the verizon store, and they gace me a new phone for free, but told me that it was only b/c of the new one month test that they introduced. so the phone lasted literally until the mont ended, and the screen broke about two days after the month ended. it was no serious trauma that hit the phone both times, first time, it waws smushed against the armrest in the car, and the second, it fell down a chair, and bumped something on the way down. i picked it up an dit was broke. i called verizon, and the customer service rep was immediatly rude, and quick to get me off of the phone, once he found that i was already in a contract, and for that matter stuck. the phone is however a good phone, as long as you keep it constantly in a thick layer of secure bubble wrap, and dont ever let it be more than a few feet off of the ground. a stiff wind could break this phone. the phone's operation is smooth, and has good sound quality.
