Frustrated and Disappointed

I received a text message from my carrier that I could update my phone (I had a Moto G LTE) to a LG Risio. That my phone was more or less obsolete for $24.?? I went to my cricket store ; I got the LG TO sip for the $24.?? plus the $25 activation plus the cost for the casing. I really didn't like it; but then again human nature tends to have us resist change. I thought to myself...just give it a chance...you're just not use to it & I need how to get & do the things I want to do differently on this phone. It seems to take better pictures than my other phone. I don't like how you zoom in or get the flash to be in or not...maybe I'm just stubborn on this particular item. I have not been able to make my home screen the way I'd like it to be with the icons arranged in the order that I want them. I liked the visual voice mail feature actually. Then I was told that it had the regular voice mail too still on it & that it had my messages on it. I then realized that there are many missed phone calls that I should've had 3messages for but I did not have them on my visual voice mail. Where are they I wonder??? Worst timing ever for this to happen. My son's birthday party is coming up & rsvp was requested. I have received no nessages for party: but there are several phone numbers missed that I do not recognize. The sound is not acceptable at all. I have a hard time understanding others when they call. When I'm talking to others the volume does as it pleases. Either they can't hear me or they think I'm screaming at them. Needless to say I've been hung up on several times. I tried adjusting the volume. No help. Had it on low & the person still heard me screaming. When a caller couldn't hear me I would turn up volume & still they either could barely hear me or not at all. Sometimes the volume would fluctuate during the call to where they either couldn't hear me or thought I was telling at them. The phone changes screens on its own. I wouldn't recommend this phone.

I wouldn't recommend this phone.
