Not the best mid range device
Pros: good size, a lot of features, great battery life
Cons: freezing a lot, restarted it self a lot, no help from LG nor Boost
I bought this phone soley based on LG's reputation and the features it had. After two weeks (conveniently right after I couldn't return it anymore) it started having issues where it would slow down, freeze, then restart. I contacted LG and the only insight the offered was a factory reset. After that didn't work, they said they'd fix it but I'd be without a phone for as long as repairs took. That not being an option, I took it to both Boost (who told me to go to LG) and Radioshack (where I night the phone who also told me to go to LG). After all this, my phone started having other issues: signal started getting spotty, calls would drop, texts wouldn't send, apps wouldn't update, apps wouldn't download, the camera wouldn't take pictures, charging cable started slipping out, force closes started becoming the norm, texts and calls wouldn't come in, and I didn't get any voicemails for over two weeks. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with everything from start to finish on this phone...
