This tri-band GSM Windows-Powered Smartphone sports a large TFT color display and a 133 MHz OMAP processor. Other notable features include speakerphone, SD/MMC expansion card slot, and infrared. On the software side, the phone includes an MSN Messenger IM client, and Media Player for playing video and audio files, including MP3s.

This phone is not currently available from any major U.S. carrier. It is compatible with some U.S. networks, and may be available from third-party dealers or smaller, regional carriers.
