question about saved phrases in env
whenever i go to put quotation marks in a text when the screen is open (hitting sym then the " key) it always inputs "ya...i" . same thing with the asterik, it always puts *8.
is there anyway to delete these?

No, it's some sort of issue that occurs when you have predictive text turned on (at least for the front of the phone)
The same thing happens to me when I hit symbol then a parenthesis-- I get a bunch of characters after the ( or ). This is VERY common with all the envy's, even different colors (I've had the silver AND the green, both with the same issue)
The env has had a few software updates, but none of them has been able to address the issue. I just grin and bear it, and hit my clear key to erase those "ghost" characters. All and all, I LOVE the phone though. Well worth it 🙂
