ringtones

does anyone have any idea how to add a ringtone whether it be a wav or mp3 file that i have on my computer to the phone? I was told many untruths from verizon when i bought the phone and now i suspect that this also CAN NOT be done. They told me all I had to do is copy the mp3 to the micro sd card and choose...this is not the case
Please help

Tonethis worked well for me. Used it last night to make a ringtone and send it to my phone. It comes as a picture message.

IT WORKED! thank you. I was scepical when I didn't see my phone model 6351i on the list durring setup. i can't remember which one i used but it was another nokia model and it went like clock work. thank you for the tip
