Text Messages - Pls help!

I send/receive about 3,000 text messages a month so text functionality is so important to me and I am considering this phone. Any input would be appreciated....

*How many text messages can the phone hold in your inbox and outbox?
* How many text messages can you select and send at the same time?
* Also, has anyone else ever gone from a blackberry or pda (keyboard) to this phone and how does it compare in terms of speed to type a message?
* Can you sync your phone to your computer so you won't lose your contacts if something happens to your phone?

it's 200 in any folder.
16 contacts are the most you can select at one time.
I've never owned a pda.
I'm sure you can sync it. you have to pay a fee i think. but you can do it wirelessly

Speed typing a message can be as fast if you get used to the predictive text (or T9 as its called)
There is a feature called wireless backup that you can pay $2 a month for that backups your contacts wirelessly. It's called Wireless Backup. You can access it on your phone from Settings - Wireless Backup - Subscribe. If something ever does happen to your phone, Sprint can send your contacts again.
