I am seriously considering getting the Chocolate, and currently have the VX8100. I use the same data cable for my 8100 and my hubby's 9800, and transfer ringtones etc with Bitpim. Will the same data cable work for the Chocolate?

If the same data cable works, would there be any reason to get the Music Essentials kit? What does it let you do? What does the CD do? Anything more than bitpim? I see that the kit comes with stereo headphones. I currently use some Jabra headphones with my 8100--will those headphones I have work with the Chocolate?

If anyone needs the Music Essentials Kit here is the real one that will work with the chocolate without the cheap headphones - pretty good price considering you are getting the one made/sold by LG/Verizon: (Verizon charges about $30 plus sales tax)
