Motorola RAZR V3m

Ok, here's the deal, I have V3m. The phone is extremely slow, when i try to look at a text message or browse a contact the phone moves moves slow like its about the lock up like a computer(and it actually has a couple of times). On top of that, alot of times I do not recieve calls or messages. If I do recieve messages I'll get them delayed sometimes early in the morning like 2-3 a.m. when they were sent earlier in the day people will call me and ask why I didn't reply, sometimes i'll get the message multiple times in a day or right back to back. Or I just wont get calls at all we tested this by doing a test call and the call didn't come thru the phone just rang. Should I go take it up to verizon or if they do give me another V3m will it jus...
