OEM Ring-tones
Do all phones with the new Verizon UI use the same selection of ring-tones or does each phone (v3m) have its respective tones installed by their manufacturer?

I haven't seen the V3m ringers but I have had a V710, an E815 and now a V3m and they share the same standard, non-mp3 ringtones but in the V710 and V3c some have been hidden and need to be activtaed with a seem edit. I really liked the Continental ringer in the V710 but VZW hid it in the other Moto's.

I don't follow. I guess I am asking more of a general question pertaining to the new user interface and it's ring-tone selection. Will all phones wearing the new UI have the same ring-tones?

I would say no. The ringtones in the ROMs are manufacturer specific. There may be some ringers that Verizon wants to have each manufacturer put in there but there will also be LG, Motorola, Nokia and Samsung specific ringtones that would be found in similar phones offered by other carriers.
