Motorola RAZR V3m

In an attempt to copy MP3 files to my daughters RAZR phone I bought a bluetooth USB dongle for my PC. I was able to get the computer to reconize the phone and the phone the computer via bluetooth. I then simply did a drag and drop from the pc to the phone via windows explorer. At somepoint it stopped copying the files but didn't give me any error (it just looked like the copy happened really quick). When I tried to figure out how to delete the files I couldn't. There appeared to be some sort of music player. However, when I tried to start it I got a message saying there was no memory card.
