Verizon V3M LAG LAG LAAAAAAAAAAAAG

So I've had a Verizon Razr V3m for about a year and recently I have been noticing that the lag when navigating menus and text messaging is becoming intolerable. It's definately gotten worse the last couple months and it can be as bad a 4 or 5 seconds between pressing a button and the action going through. Totally annoying. Anyone have similar problems? Work arounds? Is this the phone or the service?

Try cleaning out your inbox and sent folders. We've found if you have more than 40 or 50 messages total the performance of the phone decreases drasticaly.

There's nothing at all wrong with the Razr,I've had a V3m for a year now and haven't had a single issue with it.

I also think the V3m is a good phone. I've had mine for 9 months without any issues.
