About time

This phone is DEFINITELY not for me. But I know several people (at least 😎 that would prefer a more simplistic phone. This would be great for those users. I'm just wondering who will carry it? It won't be a huge revenue maker as far as extra services, but that will be more than made up in quantity of users that have been hesitant or are intimidated by technology

GreatCall. They're already selling it. It's custom-made for GreatCall, and GreatCall only.

An MVNO specializing in phones and service for older users. They worked with Samsung to create this phone just for them:

The site (gojitterbug.com) Great Call, say they cover ALL over the U.S. via CDMA. As long as they reach customers, For older people that is ALL that matters. Networks don't matter, as long as ONE will support them.

I like it it's simple and easy to use (so the pictures, etc say) Great for young kids or older folks.

GREAT JOB SAMSUNG, and MVNO, Great Call. 🙂
