Audio "Failure"?? for ringtone

Jan 18, 2009, 10:16 AM
Hi guys

so I have this phone and i love it. I put a few ringtones on there (mp3s) and they worked great until one day I tried going into the "Audio" section, went to one of the ringtones and when I tried to play it it shows "Failure". I went to the other ones and their all failure as well. So I dunno how it all of a sudden one day not work but yet my default ringtones do work..Can anyone help?

The same thing happened to mine. And it was about the same date. My phone rang and when I answered it it went dead. I figured the battery had died so I plugged it into the charger. The flint ring tone had disappeared. Also, my bluetooth connection was not working. I did get the blutetooth wireless headset reconfigured, but it will not play a downloaded mp3 file. The default ringtones still work, and the phone works fine other than that. I had orginally emailed the ringtone, and since I have used the USB cable to download the file. It still won't work. FAILURE, is all it will say. Is you on AT&T? I think they automatically upgrade firmware from time to time. I wonder if it is a glitch or something. If you figure out what the problem is pleas...
