mobile email new msg notification

Does anyone know how to get rid of the new message notification once you've set up mobile email?

The mobile email seems like a nice feature, but it will be unusable if it notifies me for each incoming email and I have to press No each time. Couldn't find anything in the menus or manual regarding this.

Go to mobile email, select whoever email you use and sign in. Then press the left soft key under options and scroll to "email notification" press select and then select "disable". I thought it was a neat feature at first, then found it annoying. Hope this helps.
