I read somewhere that verizon might change the NE2 to NE1 if anyone else has herd about that please let me know what uve herd.

The reason i want to know is because right now i got the LGVX6000(I no its an old phone) but im going to upgrade to either the LGVX9800 or A930 but if verizon changes the NE2 to NE1 then ill just get the A930 for free and in a year get the A990 when it goes down in price beacause im not about to pay 250 for a new phone.

Any info would be helpful, so please let me know.

I heard that they are changing from $100 credit to $50 credit if you are on the $39.99 plan or lower. Its not getting better - its getting worse.

Correction. It's only up to $50 if you're on a plan of $34.99, but less than $79.99. $79.99 and up calling plans will still qualify for up to $100 instant credit. But you still have to wait 22 months to take advantage of NE2. For new activations and upgrades this fall, people on $79.99 and up plans will be allowed to upgrade one year into a 2 year contract at promotional pricing only.
