Nokia 6103 / 6102i

I turned the theme for my phone on and now i don't know how to turn it off, i just got the phone.

Secondly, does anyone know how to get the original screen saver back on the mini display. You know the two hands with nokia in blue writing because it is not one of the images or in the gallery
