Does anyone have any experiences with online purchases from Cingular?

I spoke with a representative in a Cingular store. She told me if I purchase online and I have a problem with the phone I will need to send it back. If I purchase in the store I can just stop by there and they will take care of it. So I am more inclined to buy from the store.

However I've never had any problem with any Nokia phone so maybe it makes more sense to save a bit and get it online.

Any one have any stories, good or bad to share?

I recently puchased mine online. I paid $30 and a couple days later it went down to $10. My wife called 1-800-CINGULAR and they refunded us the complete $30 since it was within the first 30 days. When ordering the phone online it said it would take 3-5 business days for delivery. We ordered it Wednesday night and had it Friday afternoon.

When we were looking at this phone at the store, they said they wouldn't match the online price. There was also a customer in there complaining about some other phone that she got at the store. She said they had to send it in 3 times to get it fixed, it's still broke and she wanted something done now! I think no matter what they always send the phone in to get fixed... but I'm not positive.
