i load music through the SD card. does you PC have the card slot? I had to get a card reader for mine (9.99 radio shack) this is how I do it.

go to "remove card" in the phone menu
take the SD 'micro' card out and put it in the SD adaptor
put that in the reader
my PC automatically recognizes it at this point
go to my music media program, I use windows media
the term to know is "syncronize". you are syncing the song to the data card. if its coming from a disk, you may have to rip it first. but get it to show up in the sinc menu... and you can follow the directions from there.

the phones user book says not to put the songs in folders

after bashing my head against the wall for three days, I figured it out finally. (my computer has a slot for the sd card adapter, if yours doesn't you'll need to get a reader)..put the micro SD card in the adapter and put it into your computer...rip the song from the cd into your music program..(you MUST make sure it is am MP3 format, the phone will not recognize a WMA)..then go to my computer and open your music folder, just drag the songs into the "audio" file on the card. Do not try to make your own folders, the phone won't recognize them, simply drop them into the audio folder, the phone will automatically organize them by album, artist, and alphabetically.
