Problems connecting with USB
When I first connected the phone to my pc via usb I heard the normal noise that windows makes, but it said that there was a problem installing and it may not work properly. So then I tried on the phone and I went to tools, connect with usb and when I do the phone just turns off then turns back on and it doesn't connect with the PC. Whats the problem?

Sounds like it might be your phone. I connected to my computer then went to the tools menu connect w/ the pc and it added the hardware no problems. It did have to create a media folder in the memory card first.

No I don't have software, I thought that all you needed was the cord and the phone.
