Wondering about Videos on the phone

So i got this phone and heard you can have videos on this phone and they will show on fron of the phone.
I was wondering if this is true and if so what format do hey have to be in.

3gp is the required format. download imtoo or some 3gp converter through lime wire and it should be no prob
