on my 3rd Q...
I returned my original Q for poor battery life- they couldn't give me a new battery, swapped entire unit. I was getting 4 hours with moderate use with BT. 9had same issue with replacement)
Now, my Q won't 'boot up' - I am traveling to SF, and need to hunt down a store to do a swap..
anyone have problems freezing up and not booting?
i've invested an equal amt in chargers, SD, etc. than i paid for the unit..

While I haven't had to reboot my Q, it does seem to lag more than I would've expected.
I'm also seeing the battery issues, but mine have been worse - barely an hour on a regular battery. VZ support claims it's because of Bluetooth, which is a poor argument.

when i said re-booting - i mean ordinary powering up/ down- mine will not start -up..
i am surprised we don't hear that much about battery life with the kind of experinces we've both had..

The extended battery on this phone is a must.
I bought 2 from Verizon for $19.99 each ($15.99 with my corp. discount)
I don't think I'll use the regular battery during business hours anymore - only for going out to dinner and out at night.

Yes, I did have that "can't even boot up" issue when I first got the unit. After several attempts, it did boot! What a nice way to start with a new device. Funny enough, I was packing it up to trade in for a Palm 700p, I did a system reset and the same thing happened. It would not boot! I tried about 4-5 times to start it back up and laughed. I thought to myself, let VZW figure it out and packed it up! Ok, the 700p is not as sexy but hey, at least I'll be happy with the ugly duckling's performance. :-)
