Signal Recetption?

I have been getting some terrible signal reception (in the middle of Manhattan). Been getting a max of 2 bars. Pretty sure that something is wrong... Is my Q defective, or is it just some setting that I messed up? I don't think that the reception was as bad 2 days ago as it is now. thx, J

I have noticed in NJ in the past 2 days my phone was switching to 1X more often then usual. For the most part in has been in EV up until now.

I got a call in a closed subway car under the 42nd street subway station.

I think my signal strength has been pretty good so far- although I do notice the bars are often 1 less than they used to be on other phones.

Here in Miami, only 2 bars also.

Yea, I have noticed that the signal with the Q isn't as good as other phones either. Is not terrible, I mean there haven't been places where I have no signal at all but still not the same.

Really, cause I'm talking about flat out no signal where I used to get one before with the V710... I think it's defective. Do I have to "prove" this to them before they will give me a new one or are they fairly lenient with their warranty policy?
